To assist NESA in fulfilling its responsibilities, Contractors shall provide transportation services to support a four-day professional seminar to be hosted in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas. Transportation services are needed from April 9 - 16, 2025 (only 4 days of service required). Access to and use of a GPS system is preferred to ensure driver delivers to the correct location.
