The Contractor shall develop a detailed Circular A-129 Policies for federal Credit Programs and Non-Tax Receivables (A-129) program development plan, establish Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), support DSCA’s Credit Program, provide a credit subsidy model that is in line with timelines for the elements recommended by A-129 and provide.
