This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Sources Sought Notice is seeking support required by The Office of Secretary of Defense (ODS) Offices, Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS) Sustainment. This support shall include maintaining operational availability of FMTS to the user community, providing helpdesk support during established business hours, developing additional functionality and capabilities within FMTS per the Change Control Board (CCB), providing training content and delivery for FMTS (in-person and online), migrating FMTS data into a replacement system and sunset FMTS and meeting all Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security (Zero Trust) requirements.
