RRMC has a need to renew its Planet IRM NextGen Software Maintenance Support to maintain operational effectiveness. The Planet IRM NextGen Software and Support will allow RRMC to continue to maintain a repository of all configuration management items of an IT infrastructure, technical specifications, and their relationships with other CIs. The procurement is required to support RRMC operations in fulfillment of its mission to comply with EIA 649 Configuration Management standards and network accreditation compliance. This solution will align the 114th Signal BN RRMC IT Configuration Management system with JS's which will provide stakeholders a common solution across the Pentagon Area. The contractor shall provide Planet IRM NextGen Software and Support. The procurement is required to support RRMC operations in fulfillment of its mission to comply with EIA 649 Configuration Management standards and network accreditation compliance. This solution will align the 114th Signal BN RRMC IT Configuration Management system with JS's which will provide stakeholders a common solution across the Pentagon Area. All service centers are impacted by functions of the configuration management database to track and control IT infrastructure changes.
