In order to proactively plan for future requirements, WHS/AD is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and women- owned) to provide Bel-Art and Secador Automatic Desiccator Cabinets to Department of Defense (DoD) Mission of the Defense Prisoner of War (POW)/Missing in Action (MIS) Accounting Agency (DPAA). Please see the Product Specifications that outlines the description of products that are required. I. Introduction The purpose of this document is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications from vendors. Responses will not be considered as quotes, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this source sought announcement. Currently no solicitation exists. Therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. The estimated maximum dollar amount is $16,600.00. II. Instructions Interested businesses having the capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements may submit capability statements via email to Contract Specialist, Joyce A. Responses must be submitted not later than Monday, February 28, 2024, 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Capability statements will not be returned. Please provide the following information: DUNS and CAGE Code Number. Company Name NAICS codes associated with the company. Company Address. Company Point of Contact, Phone Number and Email Address Company must identify if they are a small business and category (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, or women-owned). Type of contracts your company has been awarded under NAICS 337127 Institutional Furniture Manufacturing (Laboratory-type furniture). Additional information on NAICS codes can be found at www.sba.gov. Recommended NAICS codes for this effort. Specific examples of prior efforts similar to those found in the attached Product Specifications. Number of contracts currently held with the Government, Contract Numbers, and NAICS for each contract.
