The Government shall no... This is a non-personal services contract to provide Transportation Services for the professional courses for the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (WJPC). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractors shall provide transportation services to support a (16) sixteen-day (9-27 September 2024) professional programs to be hosted in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas. Access to and use of a GPS system is preferred to ensure driver delivers to the correct location.
