DPAA requires breakout rooms, audiovisual equipment, and hardwire internet for Facebook live, YouTube, Vimeo, and Government websites. These will be used to conduct briefings and one-on-one meetings with family members of missing servicemen from WWII, the Korean War, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War. DPAA will brief these families on the U.S. government’s efforts to recover their loved one’s remains and return them to their families for burial with full military honors. Meeting rooms and audio video support will be for a period of two (2) days (August 15 - 16, 2024). The hotel/motel shall be located within 2 miles of Arlington, VA and in a setting within reasonable walking distance to food establishments. .
