Washington Headquarters Services (“WHS”), Acquisition Directorate (“AD”) is issuing this request for proposal (“RFP”) in support of the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (“WJPC”) Women Peace and Security Workshop for the Conference of the Ministers of Defense of the Americas (“CDMA”) Lodging and Shuttle Services, in accordance with Performance Work Statement (“PWS”). This acquisition will support the Women Peace and Security Workshop for the Conference of the Ministers of Defense of the Americas (“CDMA”).
