This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued as using full and open competition under the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program and is pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2 ? Ordering Procedures for Services Requiring a Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited under the 00CORP Professional Services Schedule as the majority of the work being completed for this requirement falls under the following NAICS - 541211, Offices of Certified Public Accountants; 541219 - Other Accounting Services; 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services; 541512 - Computer System Design Services; 541519 - Other Computer Related Services; 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services; 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services; 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. Therefore, some portions of the requirement in the PWS may require Schedule 70 if the vendor does not have such services on its PSS Schedule contract. All terms and conditions of the PSS Schedule 00CORP and Schedule 70 apply.
