DSCA intends to streamline the DoD’s approach to conducting Quality Assurance of Strategic Evaluation (QASE). QASE will change from these services by becoming more systematic and continuing to integrate key stakeholder feedback on evaluation deliverables throughout study lifecycles. Evaluation teams will learn to answer evaluation questions with appropriate and rigorous methods of data collection and analysis and draw recommendations that are scoped appropriately, fill policymakers’ information needs, and are actionable. The contractor’s services and deliverables support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s (DSCA) Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) program.
