Requirement Title: Office of Military Commissions - Case Analysis and Investigative Support Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement is a 12 month base, with four 12-month option years. The Government requests that you: 1. Identify any areas of the PWS requiring Government clarification; 2. Review the PWS for adequacy of the information; 3. Please indicate whether your firm has a Federal Supply Schedule contract that would address all the required services described in the PWS; if so, provide the GSA schedule number. 4. Indicate whether your company is a current SBA 8(a) Business Development Program participant. 5. Additional Type of Small Business, if applicable (e.g. Woman-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone) 6. Please indicate whether your company is a Large or Small Business under NAICS Code 541611 7. Does your company have the ability to maintain a Top-Secret Facility Clearance from the Defense Counter Intelligence & Security Agency (DSCA) and maintain that level for the life of the contract? 8. Indicate your interest in the requirement and likelihood of submitting a quote for the requirement; 9. Are there any aspects of this requirement that would prevent your firm from participating? 10.
