****See Attached for Full Details.**** Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced and interested businesses (large and small) to provide professional, technical, analytical and administrative support services on behalf of Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC). Hereafter, this Sources Sought Notice is referred to as “Notice”. This acquisition is a new requirement. This notice seeks capability statements to assist the Government in identifying capable firms under NAICS 541620, who have the capability to provide the outlined support and/or services in attached performance work statement. Responses from “all” sources are requested. Other than Small Businesses, Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Businesses, Hub Zone small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses and Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation, commitment or obligation by the government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. CONFIDENTIALITY: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Background The Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC) has a requirement for professional, technical environmental compliance, analytical and administrative support services. OLDCC is seeking potential sources that can review and comment on environmental regulatory compliance and consultation documentation, review and provide comments on grant project documentation provided to meet federal environmental requirements, including environmental surveys, field reports, permits and authorizations, consultation communications and records, and coordination with other state and Federal agencies to assist OLDCC in meeting its environmental responsibilities.
