Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate in support of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)) within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) is seeking information on how an interested firm may provide a full-spectrum of support of high-quality services and expertise to OUSD(P) in the functional security disciplines, including but not limited to, personnel, physical, information, and operations security, classification management, program protection analysis, general security administration, and insider threat program management and execution. This includes, but is not limited to: develop, implement, execute, and administer security policies, processes, and procedures; analyze and process Governmental and contractor requests; maintain data repositories; conduct security indoctrinations and debriefings; develop and document security classification guidance through the form of training resources; execute an operations security program; execute an insider threat program; and, execute general security administration tasks identifying and instituting innovative solutions for organizational challenges.
