The BusOps office requires a bridge contract with Avantus Federal LLC for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support. The current contract,HQ0034-18-F-0002, will expire on April 30, 2023. The Government anticipates that a full and open competitive acquisition for the follow on requirement that will be awarded in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023. This effort provides BusOps with technical, analytical, financial, administrative, and specialized support in the execution of formulating, planning, reviewing the programs, plans, strategy, priorities and financial and budget processes. The PWS addresses the following categories in support of the BusOps mission: • Financial Management Support • Human Resources and Management Support • Communications and Public Affairs Support, including website support • Legislative Affairs Support • Security Support • Executive Administrative Support • International Outreach Support • Workflow Management • Executive Correspondence Support • Specialized Functional/Technical Expertise Support (example: Acquisition Experts, Engineers, Scientists, and/or Statisticians) • Strategic Planning, Portfolio Formulation, Technical Analysis & Studies • Technical Documentation and Briefing Support • Facilities and Operations Support • Automated Knowledge Management Support
