The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) on behalf of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) intends to award a purchase order - in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - to the Council on Occupational Education, Inc. (COE), to provide for the payment of annual accreditation dues. The annual dues cover DAU's organizational membership for its Fort Belvoir, Virginia headquarters and campuses as well as its five regional branch campuses. These dues are a required condition for maintaining accreditation. The purchase order will cover the 2022 dues for a 12 month period (01 JUL 2022 - 30 JUN 2023) with the intent to pay dues annually via this purchase order through 2026. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
