Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) is issuing this solicitation via PIEE and Sam.gov website under NAICS CODE 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). This electronic version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is the official version for this acquisition. No hard copy of this solicitation will be issued. Offerors will be notified of all amendments to this solicitation electronically. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 16.5 - Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. The Government anticipates awarding a single indefinite-delivery contract (IDIQ contract) to the responsible Offeror that submits a proposal that is the best value and most advantageous to the Government based upon the evaluation factors discussed in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
