Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD), intends to procure a non-personal services contract to procure moving services for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Organizational Realignment Plan Move Project. This procurement will be solicited as a small business set-aside acquisition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5, “Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR Subpart 13.106-1 “Soliciting competition.” The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract line item numbers (CLINs). The applicable NAICS code is 484210 – “Used Household and Office Goods Moving”, Size Standard: $30,000,000.00. The anticipated move shall take three (3) days (72 hours) total for completion. The move should commence within seven (7) days after contract award/effective date, and shall not exceed sixty (60) days. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 120 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the solicitation.
