Amendment 0009 is issued on 6/22/2022 to update the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation with these updated instructions in FAR 52.212-1 Addendum: “The Offeror who quotes Blauer and Elbeco uniform items shall submit proof the items will be procured from an authorized reseller/dealer of Blauer and Elbeco items.” Other instructions and terms are also updated; all of the changes are in highlighted-yellow font. Updated Attachment 1 Specification Sheet with Price List and Attachment 9 Answers to Questions are also provided. The new quote due date is 6/30/2022 by 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. Amendment 0008 is issued on 5/20/2022 to answer Questions 26 and 27 received in response to Amendment 0007, and other minor edits are in yellow-highlighted font within the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation Amendment 0008. FAR Clause 52.212-1 Addendum is updated to require that quoters who quote Blauer and Elbeco brand uniform items must show proof that they are authorized dealers of these brands in the National Capital Region (IAW 10 USC 2674(f)). If alternatives to Blauer or Elbeco uniform items are quoted, then physical samples must be provided in accordance with the solicitation instructions. The quote due date remains 6/6/2022 by 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Amendment 0007 is issued on 5/6/2022 to update the solicitation J&A to Brand Name or Equal and the Evaluation Criteria to require samples be submitted for alternatives to Blauer or Elbeco uniforms items. The requirement title is changed from Class A Uniforms to PFPA PPD Uniforms. Please review Amendment 0007 carefully. Questions are due by 5/17/2022 by 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, and Quotes are due by 6/6/202 by 2:00 p.m. Amendment 0006 is issued on 2/2/2022 to update the Quote Due date to Friday, February 11, 2022 before 2:00 p.m. EST. Amendment 0006 provides an updated Attachment 1 Specification Sheet and Price List, updated Attachment 3 Answers to Questions 1-25, updates the Instructions to Quoters in Addendum 2, and updates the Evaluation clause in Addendum 3 to include a Pass/Fail Criteria. Amendment 0005: The Quote Due Date is extended to Friday, February 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The Government will provide an updated Attachment 1 Spec Sheet next week. Amendment 0002 to solicitation HQ003422Q0003: The Government inadvertently posted the incorrect Government responses to vendor questions in Solicitation Amendment 0001. Attachment 3, posted to Sam.gov on 12/20/2021 via Solicitation Amendment 0001, is hereby rescinded. The Government will provide it’s final, official responses to vendors questions next week via a Solicitation Amendment on Sam.gov.
