The Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), the Contracting Activity, intends to procure Antiterrorism (AT) Program Support Services for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency, the Requiring Activity. The Antiterrorism Program Specialist shall at a minimum possess a bachelor’s degree; 5 years of Antiterrorism experience; AT Level II certification within the last three years; and in accordance with DoD Instruction 2000.16, Standard 1, AT program Elements, have a working knowledge of all AT program elements / standards. The Government anticipates awarding a single FFP purchase order with one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years that will include the terms and conditions set forth in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
