The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD), intends to procure Delta V-Isotope Equipment Support Plan. It is essential that the service contract allows the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) to utilize Thermo Fisher Scientific as the preferred service provider because they have proprietary knowledge regarding the diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of the DPAA’s isotope ratio mass spectrometers and associated peripherals. Therefore, the maintenance service-contracted company must provide Thermo Fisher Scientific’s engineers for service calls, both onsite and remotely. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for this requirement, with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
