The custodial staff is NOT required to have a security clearance. ************ Defense Security Cooperation University and Case Writing Division (DSCU/CWD) requires the services of a contractor to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance in accordance with commercial standards to include all local, state and federal laws and the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor shall establish internal quality control procedures for ensuring contract service requirements are met and contract deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner.
