This sources sought announcement is for information purposes only; it is not to be construed as an obligation on the part of Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD). In order to proactively plan for future requirements, WHS/AD is conducting market research to locate qualified large and small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned, Hubzone, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, and women-owned) to provide Workforce Development Program Support to the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU).
