This requirement is to purchase... This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a tentative requirement to purchase a single, commercial refueling / service trailer for Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). This requirement is to purchase a new 920 to 990 gallon refueling / service trailer that does not require a Department of Transportation (DOT) hazmat endorsement for on site use. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of Washington Headquarters Services' (WHS) market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which WHS can issue an award. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award a purchase order or contract based only on responses to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. The intent of this RFI is to determine if there are any vendors that can provide a non-Hazmat service trailer as listed in the requirements listed in the attachment. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI.
