There is no guarantee this sources sought notice will result in a firm requirement. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) seeks interested companies that are qualified and authorized to provide extended warranty coverage, diagnostic software subscriptions, replacement parts, and emergency technical support for three C280-12 CAT generators at a secure facility in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for anticipated requirements. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base year plus four option years. The contractor must have or be able acquire a SECRET facility clearance and maintain the SECRET facility clearance for the entire duration of the requirement. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J030, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment – Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment; The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. The Small Business size standard is $8.0 million. Small Businesses, 8(a) small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses and Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Businesses are specifically encouraged to respond.
