This is a notice of the Government's intent to sole-source award to Genesis Advisors for a Web Enabled 90-Day Plan Platform on a firm-fixed-price purchase order basis. This award is for a Commercial-Off-the Shelf transition acceleration platform based on the STARS methodology of Dr. Michael Watkins that includes online, asynchronous, self-paced learning modules, synchronous virtual instruction/coaching for multiple learner cohorts, learner downloadable/fillable/editable tools and templates, extended leaner access to materials post course, and learner completion reporting to integrate into DAU's existing executive leader development program that uses the Watkins STARS methodology for educating, training and empowering leaders to successfully transition to new roles or new challenges. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 611430. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
