This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO). The Department of Defense (DoD) has a requirement to support its annual Services Requirements Review Boards (SRRBs) by providing DoD organizations with access to reform capabilities. In support of the contract reform efforts, the DoD requires two options for organizations to leverage in order to identify efficiencies and improve internal processes. The two efforts are requirements prioritization and contract efficiency assessments (CEAs). RFI/Sources Sought response due by Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 9:00AM EST.
