This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is HQ003419R0249. This solicitation is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. 3. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990; "All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services" The small business size standard is $27.5M. 4. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD), 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301, intends to procure Land Mobile Radio Support for PFPA. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract for this requirement. The base period of performance is 12 months.
