Quotes must be firm fixed-priced, and include all quantities listed, all or none. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.303 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis / solicitation shall be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. 1. The solicitation number is HQ003419R0061A and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. Each BPA Call will specify the specific product and quantity to be ordered. Over the next three years, cumulative orders will have a ceiling price of $500,000. The final amount will be determined by programmatic need and may be significantly higher or lower than the estimated total amount.
