COMBINED SYNOPSIS Solicitation Number: HQ0034-19-Q-0030 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number HQ0034-19-Q-0030 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Under this requirement the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) intends to award a commercial firm fixed-price (FFP) contract. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective 01 May 2018. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the Federal Business Opportunities website for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. (iv) This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is for the design/build of an agency trade show exhibit at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition, Washington, DC. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561920 (Convention and Trade Show Organizers) and the Small Business Size Standard is $11 million. This will be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract award.
