This is a notice of the Government's intent to sole-source award to CDW Government, LLC (CDW-G) for the purchase of a Microsoft Licenses on a firm-fixed-price purchase order basis. Based on market research, CDW-G has been identified as the designated Microsoft Authorized Educational Reseller (AER) to Defense Acquisition University (DAU), a Qualified Educational User (QEU). CDW-G is the only vendor authorized to resell Microsoft education products to DAU. It has been determined that there is no substitute applicable to this award available. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 511210. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.ml. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil.
