Control system programming and installation are part of the proposed pricing and includes professional end-user training from certified engineer. Integrated Room Maintenance: helpdesk with unlimited remote training, software updates & upgrades, advanced part replacement on qualifying parts and on-site Field Engineering labor. Proposed solution utilizes flexible design for scalability and future expansion and supports peripheral integration for rich media collaboration. The vendor should fully test each solution and provide core reference material to the Government.
