The Government requires base operations and support services for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) facility located in Adams County, PA. The contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform BOS Services as required by RRMC except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and services. The contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring that the following services: Custodial Services, Dining Facility Operations, Logistics Support, and Transportation Services Support, are provided.
