This is a Preventive Maintenance (PM) contract to provide and implement a comprehensive program for the maintenance, repairs, service, testing, inspection and certification of the Sanitary, Storm, Natural Gas, and Potable Water systems, as well as the Kitchen Exhaust systems on the Pentagon Reservation. This contract encompasses all activities associated with the operation, maintenance, testing, repairs, cleaning, inspection and certification of equipment supporting the Pentagon Reservations Waste Water Systems, Domestic Water System, and Kitchen Exhaust Systems.
