This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract using NAICS code 561920 – “Convention and Trade Show Organizations”. The event dates will be June 21, 2021 – June 27, 2021. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 120 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the solicitation.
