Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this request for proposal directly to The Association of the United States Army (AUSA)., as a non-competitive, sole source acquisition for the upcoming AUSA 2020 - Trade Show Exhibit Space. This requirement will be a follow-on acquisition to contract number HQ0013-19-P-0001. This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract using NAICS code 561920 – “Convention and Trade Show Organizations”. The event dates will be October 12, 2020 – October 14, 2020. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 120 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the solicitation.
