This FINAL RFP will result in the award of a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) competitive set-aside for 8(a) business concerns. The work to be performed in this requirement includes a broad range of work related to coordinating, implementing, and executing Security Cooperation programs under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Security Cooperation (DASD SC). The Government seeks Security Cooperation and related disciplines Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can successfully execute the main elements of this program, which include: Planning and executing comprehensive approaches to security challenges Providing SC budget and guidance support Coordinating and managing SC reform efforts Analyzing SC programs and policies to determine priorities and effectiveness Managing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation processes for SC operations, activities, and other actions Preparing the Assistant Secretary of Defense (ASD)/DASD and other senior officials for meetings, visits, and other activities related to SC activities
