Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Department of Defense 4th Estate, awarded this contract on a sole source basis to QTC Medical Services Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for continued Clinical Health Private Provider Network Support Services. QTC Medical Services Inc., by virtue of being the incumbent contractor, was the only responsible source for the follow-on bridge contract to ensure no lapse in service while a competitive acquisition is being pursued in Fiscal Year 20. The current contract ended on November 9, 2019, and the follow-on contract has a twelve month period of performance beginning November 10, 2019 to November 9, 2020.
