Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing Amendment 0001 to provide responses to questions from industry, extend proposal due date and time, revise the Solicitation HQ0034-20-R-0004, revise Attachment 1 OMC IT Support Services PWS, and revised Attachment 6 Past Performance Questionnaire. Please see the Solicitation Amendment HQ0034-20-R-0004 Amendment 001, Conformed Amendment HQ0034-20-R-0004 Amendment 001, and all revised documents. Please read all documents in its entirety to capture all changes. Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Information and Technology Support Services on behalf of the Office of Military Commissions (OMC). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition will be a Hybrid (Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH) and Time & Material (T&M)) competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB). The period of performance will be for a 30 day phase-in period, eleven-month base period, and four twelve-month option periods.
