The award would be made to Tecolote Research Inc. (420 S. Fairview Avenue, Suite 201, Goleta, CA 93117-3626) for Earned Value Management-Central Repository (EVM-CR) development support services. Award of a firm-fixed-price (FFP) type contract order has been selected due to the commercial nature of the work to be performed. In accordance and compliance with FAR 8.404(h)(2), agencies shall use fixed-price orders for the acquisition of commercial services to the maximum extent practicable.
