The prototype project for an Opposition Advisory Force Software Platform and People Driven Process. The RWP is being issued under the prototype project other transactions authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2371b. Instructions for preparing and submitting white papers may be found here: https://www.nsin.us/events/request-for-white-papers. White Papers are due by August 16, 2019 at 4:00PM EDT.
