The Department of Defends intends to sole source support for Utilities Privatization, as described below, from The Rehancement Group, Inc. The Government believes that The Rehancement Group, Inc. is the only company that posssesses the skills and expertise necessary to support the Government's requirement. The objective of this notice is to obtain information to identify firms capable of providing support for the DoD's Utilities Privatization Program other than The Rehancement Group, Inc. The requirements for submission are detailed in the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source.
