This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-19-R-0174 This solicitation is a Request For Proposal (RFP). 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02. 3. This acquisition will be competed as Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999, "All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, The small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD), intends to procure Civilian Drug Assessment and MRO Support Services for Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid contract that consist of Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) Travel Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for this requirement with a 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods. The anticipated performance start date is August 01, 2019.
