This is a notice of the Government's intent to sole-source award to AM Pierce & Associates (AM Pierce) for Cyber Training Range on a firm-fixed-price purchase order basis. The foundation of the Cyber Range Training is the Prototyping Integration Lab Environment (PILE) equipment rack. Based on market research, AM Pierce has been identified as the only firm with unique capabilities and subject matter expertise with the PILE hardware and software and cybersecurity education background that can use the PILE system to develop offensive and defensive cybersecurity exploitation/defense scenarios. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541511. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.ml. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil.
