AMENDMENT 02 (June 17, 2019): - Extend the due date to July 02 at 15:00 EST - Change submission requirements to include a 2 page SOW and a pricing volume (note that these have to be submitted with the White Paper and an Unclassified copy to POCs in 1.6 of the amended BAA) - The process for going from White Papers to Capability Study Phase awards is revised - Evaluation criteria are revised - Physical mailing address for submission of White Papers is added AMENDMENT 01: - Extend the due date to June 24 at 15:00EST - The Government will allow interested offerors to submit their White Papers on a properly secured CD to a physical address. The address is being determined and will be provided via a later update to the BAA. END AMENDMENT The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Director of Defense Research & Engineering for Advanced Capabilities (DDR&E (AC)) releases the: Advanced Electronic Warfare Capabilities (AEWC) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) This announcement is related to the industry day announcement that was held on May 29, 2019. The posting for the industry day and the draft BAA can be found here: https://www.fbo.gov/spg/ODA/WHS/REF/HQ0034-19-BAA-AEWC-0001/listing.html Only one (1) white paper per vendor as determined per CAGE code will be accepted. Unclassified White Papers will not be accepted. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CLASSIFIED MATERIALS: In order to receive classified materials needed to prepare response to this BAA the potential offer must have a way to receive such materias. If you have not already provided us with a classified e-mail (SIPR, JWICS, Other) or a classified mailing address, please do so ASAP by e-mailing AEWC@mitre.org. The distribution is being timed to facilitate receipt of classified materials by interested vendors via a preferred but valid method on the same day after the BAA is posted. However, the Government realizes that there may be interested parties that come forward while the posting is active and will attempt to accommodate to the maximum extent practicable.
