There was a typo found in option period four which is hereby corrected. This amendment, Amendment 03, also clarifies points of the solicitation but makes no additional changes. The previous reference to Attachment J-4 is hereby removed from page 43 of the combined synopsis/solicitation as detailed in the attached Amendment 02 Summary of Changes.
