The purpose of this RFI is to assess alternative options to perform the Modeling, Simulation, and Integration (MS&I) work at a multi-level security environment currently performed at the facility. In order to be considered a facility must be capable of performing high fidelity virtual real-time simulations, with both manned and digital simulations, across multiple scenario environments supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) objectives. At this facility, MS&I activities are coordinated by a Government sponsor. The capabilities at the facility must allow the Department of Defense (DoD) to assess current and future kill-chain architectures for IAMD. A contractor would assist Government sponsored events in planning, implementing, and execution in this security environment to support the classified MS&I development and demonstration activity. It is imperative that solutions enable each event to be held in one centralized location – decentralized/federated/geographically separated solutions will not be considered.
