All work must be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Bids are due no later than Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM CST. When submitting your bid please include: Bid, completed Vendor Authorization Request, W9 (on the newest form, attached), and your completed Reps and Certs form. These forms are located in the attachment section.
