The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the ODNI/IC Chief Human Capital Office is seeking sources for online interviewing and assessments services for talent acquisition. This is a Sources Sought to obtain market research on the availability of the requested product: See Attached Salient Characteristics. The purpose of this request is to gain information on current industry capabilities that would allow the US Intelligence Community (IC) the ability to have on-demand and live video interview capability (unlimited), coordination/scheduling capability, as well as candidate coding language and game/video-based assessments that enable the IC to perform faster interviews and predict top performers. The Government is seeking responses from all qualified sources. Those wishing to identify their capability to provide the aforementioned product should respond to this announcement via email to kathleen.a.dee@nga.mil no later than Friday, 1 November 2024 at 4:00 PM Central Standard Time. Interested parties should complete and return the attached “Sources Sought Response Form.” Responses must only contain UNCLASSIFIED information and be marked “UNCLASSIFIED” on all pages in both the header and footer. No classified information may be included in your response. Neither proprietary or classified concepts, nor classified information should be included in the response. The Government representatives may or may not choose to meet with potential RFI service provider. Such meetings and discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capability, especially any development and certification risks.
