This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to establish a contract for Gravity Meters. The contractor shall build and deliver Marine and Airborne based dynamic gravity meters meeting NGA technical requirements. The contractor shall provide a complete owners/operator manual of the gravity meter system with the first delivery. This is to include a standard operating procedure (SOP) or “how to” of gravity data processing with the meters and any associated/proprietary software. The contactor shall also provide 3 days of training for each meter purchased.
