The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a commercial requirement for local parking near the NGA facility located at 911 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO 63101 known as Moonshot Labs. The requirement is for parking (50 spaces) within a quarter (1/4) mile of the facility. The General Services Administration (GSA) has provided delegation of authority to NGA to solicit for local facility parking pursuant to 41 C.F.R. § 102-73.240.
